Three promises
-
Buy it once and it’s yours.
The Local license never expires. It comes with a year of updates and support, and renewing for $49 a year keeps new releases coming. Stop renewing and you keep the release you have. Security fixes still reach it.
-
Your book is never locked away.
When an evaluation ends, Tabularia still opens and your own projects open read-only. A Cloud plan ending does the same unless you hold a Local license, which keeps them editable. Take them out at any time, in Word or Markdown or as a full project archive. A shared project follows its owner’s plan: when the owner’s Cloud ends, everyone it was shared with can still read it but no longer change it.
-
Your reviewers never pay.
Sharing comes with the Cloud plan. The Readers and Editors you invite need no plan of their own. On the Team plan, members are covered by the team’s seats.
